We welcomed Kirsty Dunn, Evelyn Johnston and Andrea Scroope to their first run with the group.
In the two kilometres personal best times were recorded by Freya and Sadie Dunn, Audrey Knobel, Jesse Jenkins, and Peter Johnsen.
The stand-out over this distance was Mitchell Beby, who recorded his third personal best time in succession.
It could be he is following in the footsteps of his famous father, who will tackle the Kona Hawaiian Ironman in October.
In the 3.5 kilometres, Vicki Whitter recorded her fourth consecutive personal best.
She is improving rapidly under the coaching of Gary Ashton, who encourages her by running with her each Wednesday.
Lauren Evans ran fresh on Wednesday after a second placing in a half-marathon in Canberra last Monday.

Batemans Bay Parkrun
Saturday morning we had 72 runners and walkers brave the cooler conditions for another fun and friendly parkrun.
The course highlights have improved with the addition of two more sculptures along the route, adding to the beauty of our river course.
Along with our many visitors were two gentlemen from Warringah. David Wiles and Russell Irwin were on their way to Eden for another event and when they realised that Batemans Bay had a parkrun they decided to stay the night and come along on a run early with us. They enjoyed the course and the company.
Many thanks to this weeks volunteers - led by Run Director Tim Cowley: Gary Ashton, Helen Cameron, Roy Counsell, Tania Cowley, Mirella Granata, Kathryn Jeffery and Ren Lefevre.
Our volunteers always have as much fun volunteering as they do running or walking. Parkrun is a very social place at 8am on a Saturday morning.
We had a huge number of runners with PB's this week. Of note are Shellee Williams who has run four times and had three PB's and Victoria Schuh who has walked 3 times and had 2 PB's.
Also Connie Delaney, another of our regulars who tries so hard the weeks she can join us, achieved a great time as well.
Congratulations to all who improved.
Parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at Rotary Park near the Marina.
