Watch below as Sue McIntyre, of Pambula, turns the tables on the defending champ.
Winner Sue McIntyre tells reporter Andrea Cantle all about the pressure of competition and her background in the industry.
Ms McIntyre of Broadwater Oysters, Pambula Lake, was runner up in the 2018 event.
Her time of 3.17 seconds was a knife-blade faster than last year's queen, Sally McLean of Jim Wild's Oysters, Greenwell Point, Shoalhaven.
Third was Jade Norris, of the Oyster Shed on Wray St, Batemans Bay.
More photos and videos of the Narooma Oyster Festival to come.
