Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 29-year-old Andrew Peter Drake, who was found at a house in Osprey Place with multiple wounds to his torso.
Just before midnight on the night of the stabbing, South Coast police and emergency services were called to the cul-de-sac to find Mr Drake unconscious.
He died at the scene. No charges have been laid.
South Coast Police are still appealing for witnesses to come forward.
When the Bay Post/Moruya Examiner visited on May 1 during the day, most houses were empty and the street was quiet.
Several homes appeared to be vacant holiday rentals.
Another neighbour approached refused to comment.
Anyone who saw or heard anything on the night of the stabbing is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1300 333 000.
