The church will hold a Variety Concert on Sunday, May 19, at 2pm in the church building, spokeswoman Kay Killick said.
"Variety is what it is all about, with everything from Country to Classics, poetry, dance and plenty of humour," she said.
"Peter Poole is back! Equipped with his trusty trumpet, he is at the top of his game, playing with such panache he wows everyone.
"The U3A Recorder group will delight. Forget the squawks emanating from those primary school recorders, these players are polished and gorgeous.
"Ross, the Bard, Hosking plans to intrigue with his recitations of poetry. How does he remember all that?"
And don't forget the dance group that always goes boom.
"The Baby Boomers are here again, with crazy costumes and zany dancing to amuse the audience," Ms Killick said.
"These particular Clydesdales are not horses, but a talented band of country music performers who invariably put on a wonderful show.
"To complete the lineup, the Wicked Sisters will be the closing act, enchanting with their deliciously wicked array of songs, and glorious a cappella singing.
"All this AND a scrumptious Devonshire tea served at interval. Food is a vital element in any Uniting Church event, and this is no exception.
"Just $10 per person gets you in to enjoy this afternoon. No need to book, just turn up at the door.
"We are the Uniting Church so naturally everyone is welcome as always."
