A police spokesperson has confirmed that police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Surfside on Saturday, April 13.

The spokesperson said no charges had been laid in the matter, but two men are still assisting police with their inquiries.
Just before 11.50pm on Saturday night, emergency services were called to a home on Osprey Place, Surfside, just north of Batemans Bay, after reports of a stabbing.
Officers from South Coast Police District attended and found a 29-year-old man with multiple stab wounds to his torso.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said four paramedic units were sent to the address, where they found the victim unconscious.
She said paramedics commenced CPR, but the man went into cardiac arrest and died at the scene.
Two men - aged 18 and 48 - were arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station.
