A NSW Ambulance spokesman says paramedics were called to reports of an overturned vehicle on the Princes Highway at about 7.05am.
One eye witness who drove past in heavy rain reported a vehicle towing a trailer was involved.
Another said the vehicle had landed on an embankment.
Paramedics said they treated a 45-year-old woman at the scene for minor injuries but she did not require hospitalisation.
A spokesman said the crash was reported near Mort Avenue and Lawlers Creek Road.
A Eurobodalla RFS spokesman said people needed to drive to suit the weather conditions.
Another crash occurred in the area on March 6.
There have been several crashes north of Narooma in recent months, including head-on collisions.
On the weekend, two people were critically injured in a Princes Highway crash north of Eden.
