Four Batemans Bay Breakers Representative teams travelled to Canberra on the weekend to participate in Round One of the Waratah Southern Junior League basketball tournament.

The club had a very successful tournament.
The Under 16 Girls team competed in Division one and remain undefeated winning all three games.
Under 14 Boys coach David Blewitt was very happy with his division two side winning four out of four games.
Division one teams, the under 18 girls and the under 16 boys were very competitive, only experiencing one loss from the entire round.
Teams will now travel to Albury for round two in a few weeks time.
Teams have been training hard to ensure the round 2 will be as successful as the first and maintain their top spots on the ladder.
