The parish mass will be held from 5.30pm and the concert from 6-8pm.
A spokesperson said Mr Parkes has been performing for 25 years.
"David has performed his unique, humorous and spiritually inspiring concerts for 25 years to more than a million people," organisers said.
"Also performing will be former X-rated comedian John “Percy” Canivan who with humour tell his conversion through the mercy of God.
"It will be a night where God’s mercy and laughter meet."
