Two junior AFL ‘come and try’ sessions will be held in the Eurobodalla Shire this weekend.
The Batemans Bay Seahawks will host a session on Saturday, February 16, at Hanging Rock Oval, and the Broulee-Moruya Giants will host a session on Sunday, February 17 at Gundary Oval.
The sessions will both run from 10am to 1pm, and are for boys and girls between the ages of five and 17.
Both teams will have representatives on board to introduce any child interested in playing AFL football. They will also have registration tables set up where you can sign up and secure your place in the team for 2019.
There is no cost involved with the sessions, and your child does not need to commit to a team to attend.
The Seahawks are hoping to field Auskick, under 9s, under 11s, under 12s, under 13s, under 15s, and under 17s in the Sunday Shoalhaven Junior Competition.
The Giants are offering Auskick, under 10s, under 12s, under 14s, and under 16s in the Sapphire Coast Saturday Junior Competition.
Whilst the Giants will be offering Auskick, under 10’s, 12’s, 14’s and 16’s into the Sapphire Coast Saturday
This is the perfect time to see if your child would like to have an opportunity to get involved with these two family-friendly clubs.
