A Moruya SES spokesperson said his unit responded to the crash near Coila on the morning of Saturday, January 12, after two cars collided.
SES crew members freed a female driver who was trapped in her vehicle.
NSW Ambulance said the woman, believed to be aged in her early 30s, was taken to hospital in a stable condition suffering leg pain.
An elderly man was taken to hospital after suffering a cut to his leg. He was also in a stable condition.
Southbound traffic was affected, with motorists advised to exercise caution in the area.
