Long-term EFTAG member Mandy Hillson said the exhibition gave creatives the chance to display their work.
“This exhibition is one of the means by which EFTAG stimulates, inspires and supports its members to strive for excellence in their field of textile and fibre practice,” Ms Hillson said.
She said members had been encouraged to experiment and take on board creative risk taking,
“With that philosophy, this year’s exhibition will present new works by our artists, in fresh and exciting ways,” she said.
“Our theme for this year is ‘Warped’. You can expect the unexpected – twisted, out of shape, distorted, bent, biased.”
The exhibition’s opening night will be held this Friday, November 30, at 6pm.
The exhibition will take place from Saturday, December 1, to Sunday, December 9, from 10am to 4pm daily at the Mechanics Institute, Page Street, Moruya.
