Join Jody Vassallo next week when she holds workshops about how cookbooks are created – from recipe writing and testing, to the deign, editing and printing process.
During the talk, Jody will discuss food-styling trends and the changes she has witnessed during her many years in publishing.
She is an award-winning author of more than 39 cookbooks, who has been in the food publishing industry for 28 years, self-publishing for 10 years.
Her latest cookbook, Beautiful Food, will be available for you to purchase and Jody will provide a couple of tasty recipes to sample.
