Milton Leslight, 68, of Batehaven, pleaded not guilty to one count of common assault when his matter was mentioned in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, October 15.
Police allege the incident took place just after 12.30pm on July 28, 2018, in Batemans Bay.
The matter will return to court on November 12, 2018.
