Bomaderry batted first, but a brilliant spell of bowling from Lachlan Malcolm (4/27) kept the home side in check, as they only managed 8/115 from their 40 overs.
Bomaderry openers Ethan Adlington (15) and Michael Blattner (17) got their innings off to a good start, while Mitchell Graham (43) anchored the middle order.
Batemans Bay’s run chase started well, as both Pat Griffin and James Cashin made double figures from the opening spots.
Tom Purcell (30 not out) anchored the run chase, while Lachlan Malcolm made a quick-fire 22 to help sure up victory.
Batemans Bay will return to Hanging Rock next week for a game against Bay & Basin on Saturday afternoon.
