Members welcomed Imogen Seidel and David Syme.

Personal bests were achieved by Rafael Dyason, Victoria McDermott, Annie Carrol, Bradley Lunn and Matt Edenborough.

The group congratulated Gary Ashton on completing his 200th run.

Gary has been coming along for many years and is always a friendly addition to the afternoon.

He can quite often be heard encouraging other runners to perform their best and keep going.

Next week at 4.30pm will be the last run at that time.

On Wednesday, October 10 the will convert to a 5pm start to coincide with daylight savings. 

The group meets each Wednesday at the anchor at Mossy Point for a 2km, 3.5km or 5km out and back course. Times are recorded each week so individuals can try and improve on their performance.
