Wednesday, July 17: Soup and Dessert Luncheon at the Hanging Rock Sports Complex, Batemans Bay. Tickets are $10 per person and can be bought from the Batemans Bay Hospital Kiosk between 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday. Book early! This very popular event is always a sell out; space is limited, so get in early to secure your place.
Free microchipping for cats and dogs
Saturday, July 20: RSPCA Eurobodalla volunteer branch and Eurobodalla Shire Council are holding a free microchipping day for cats and dogs at the Narooma Leisure Centre between 9am and 3pm. Bookings are essential on 0429 488 200.

Since 1992, over 441,000 wraps have been sent via aid agencies to people in need throughout the world. This not-for-profit group began in Sydney 26 years ago and is now Australia-wide with groups and individuals knitting madly away in the suburbs of cities and in regional towns like Batemans Bay and Narooma.
