The Moruya Seniors Tennis Tournament is part of a statewide “circuit” of tennis tournaments for Over35’s. Virtually every weekend there is an Over 35’s tournament somewhere in NSW.
While there are plenty who take their sport seriously, the overall emphasis is on participation and social interaction, not winning. More info and a calendar of seniors tennis events is available at www.tennisseniors.org.au/nsw.
Tournaments coming up – Kiama and Merimbula in October, Ulladulla next February, Narooma next March, Batemans Bay next July.
So if you are an ex-champion who is returning to the sport, or, just a social player who enjoys the game, why not give it a try?
