Spokesperson Frances Harmey said the 2018 event had drawn visitors from Sydney, Canberra, Western NSW and across the South Coast to both the Batemans Bay indoor exhibits and outdoor sculpture walk at Willinga Park, in Bawley Point.
The exhibition features more than 50 sculptures from local and international artists, with Japanese sculptor Haruyuki Uchida taking out the Acquisitive Prize and $50,000 with his striking red steel sculpture, ‘Name Dane’.
Ms Harmey said this year was the first time works had been curated, which had impressed artists and visitors alike.
Exhibition closes Sunday, September 2. For tickets, visit sculptureonclyde.com.au
