Three of the Seahawks’ four junior teams qualified for the finals this season, including the undefeated under 17s squad.
The under 11s kicked off the day with a 9.4 (58) to 5.5 (35) win over the Ulladulla Dockers that saw them qualify for the grand final.
The match was tight for three quarters, but the Seahawks kicked away in the last to book their date with Bay & Basin.
The under 13s also played the Dockers, and they sprung a 7.6 (48) to 5.7 (37) upset over the visitors.
The Dockers finished with three more wins than the Seahawks in the regular season, but that wasn’t enough to stop the home side qualifying for the grand final.
The under 17s were last on field, and they quickly showed their dominance over the Shoalhaven Swans. The home side managed to keep the Swans goalless for three quarters, and ended up with a 15.10 (100) to 2.2 (14) win.
