Broulee's Thursday ladies have adopted these gorgeous creatures as their team names and they definitely fit the bill – or is it beak?
On August 15, Broulee's division two and three ladies hosted a fabulous day of tennis, where the Flamingos dominated the Bay Breakers.
Meanwhile the Brolgas, who lead the points table in division three, had to battle valiantly to hold off the sparkling Tuross Rubies to win by five games despite drawing on sets.
Broulee’s newly renovated kitchen was put to use with a delicious lunch on cups, plates and chocolate brownies decorated with the pink flamingos.
