Update 1.21am: NSW Ambulance has confirmed all three patients have been taken to Canberra Hospital, including two by ambulance chopper and one by road.
A 77-year-old female was flown to Canberra Hospital in a serious but stable condition, suffering chest and pelvic injuries.
The ages, genders and conditions of the other two patients are yet to be confirmed.
The spokesperson said all three patients were trapped in the vehicles for some time before being extricated by emergency crews.
Update 11.45am: Live Traffic reports the Kings Hwy is closed eastbound near Black Flat Road and diversions are in place.
11.20am: At least three people have been injured with two trapped after a crash on the Kings Hwy at Cabbage Tree Creek this morning.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said emergency crews were called to the two-vehicle crash near Black Flat Road at about 10.40am on Tuesday, July 10.
The spokesperson said two females remained trapped in their vehicles due to their injuries and a third was also injured.
A 32-year-old female is being treated for a fractured leg and arm, facial injuries and abdominal pain.
A 35-year-old female is being treated for an eye injury, abdominal pain and back pain.
A 80-year-old man is in a stable condition, suffering a fractured arm and back pain.
Two emergency helicopters have been called to the scene. NSW Police, fire crews and paramedics are at the scene.
