A Batehaven man allegedly found with a knife in public has had his matter mentioned in Batemans Bay Local Court.

The court heard Rick Wilson, 21, was arrested on Friday, June 15, on a warrant for breach of parole.
He faces charges of having custody of a knife in public, intimidation and contravening an AVO.
Wilson pleaded guilty to the alleged AVO breach, but has not entered pleas on the other matters.
He was refused bail and it was not applied for.
The matter will return to court on July 16, 2018.
