“Enjoy an afternoon featuring a mix of Scotland’s favourite tunes such as Amazing Grace and some modern classics, also featuring highland dancing and a performance by Scottish folk group Mad Kelpie Play Date” spokeswoman Marg Hackett said.
“Our band was formed in 1937 and is led by our current Pipe Major, Athol Chalmers.
“The band promotes and maintains Scottish culture in the community and has a fine record of achievements in all grades of competition and also enjoys participating in highland gatherings, cultural festivals and ANZAC Day marches.
In 2014 the Band travelled to Scotland to participate in the Piping World Championships in Glasgow.
The band has competed at the 2017 Singapore Pipe Championships and more recently in April this year in Brisbane at the Australian Championships.
