Crisp autumn weather attracted 115 starters in Wednesday’s Broulee Run/Walk. The club welcomed the following people to their first run with the group: Rosie Lopresti, Claire Domeny, Annette McPartland, Euan McDermott, Eden Louttit, Sophie Woodland, Mathew Edemborough, Rachael Fisher and Layla De Graaf.

In the 2 kilometres personal best times were recorded by James and Andrew Greenway, Poppy Melgaard, Nathan Costin, Harper Lasscock, Georgia Croker, Travis Dummett, Max Richards, Cooper Gerstenberg, Jade Berry, Chris Murray, Eli Melgaard, Narelle Melgaard, Nerida Louttit
In the 3.5 kilometres the improvers were Sunni West, Dylan Holmes, Darren Drewsen, Keiran Louttit, Leora Kelly and Emily Dickinson.
In the 5 kilometres the improvers were Harrison Gilligan, Bede Webster and Angie Gannon.
The star of the run was Anthony Miles, who received his 30-run shirt. Anthony has embraced the running scene with enthusiasm and he is a regular at the Batemans Bay Parkrun. He has competed in marathons in Orange and Canberra and this coming Saturday will compete in the Ultra Trail Australia run over 100 kilometres in the Blue Mountains.
