The annual Fire and Rescue NSW Open Day will be held from 10am to 2pm.
“We are throwing open the doors to hundreds of fire stations across NSW, giving communities a chance to check out the fire trucks and stations, get home fire safety tips and to meet their local firefighters,” Fire and Rescue NSW said.
“FRNSW does so much more than fight fires, so come and see our broad range of skills and equipment. We are prepared for anything and we help anyone, anywhere, anytime.”
Batemans Bay Fire and Rescue commander Craig Mashman said there would be demonstrations about common house fires and fire safety. See: https://www.fire.nsw.gov.au/openday
