Businesses which will get a funding injection include Off Road Camping Accessories, the Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens, Sea Breeze Aviation and Property Works.
The initiative is intended to drive economic growth in regional areas.
Gilmore MP Ann Sudmalis said the funding would strengthen the local economy, which has an unemployment rate of 9.23 per cent.
“The South Coast is a major tourism draw card, with immense opportunities,” she said.
“The Coalition is backing the New South Wales South Coast to confidently continue to grow and prosper."
