Luke Hemmings, also known as Dene Broadbelt, aged 24, of Surf Beach, was charged with using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend when his matter was mentioned in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, December 4.
Hemmings did not appear and the matter was transferred to the Downing Centre Local Court for later this month, at the request of his solicitor.
Police said Hemmings started making the calls in May 2016 to a former acquaintance, met through his work at a Broome radio station.
Hemmings worked at the station in 2012. Police said the victim was not friends with Hemmings.
"These calls were during the day or night and were often of a sexual nature," police said.
Police alleged Hemmings asked the victim about the size of his genitals and spoke of his eagerness to have sex with him.
In other calls, Hemmings told the victim he would come around to visit, which caused concern for the victim and his wife.
“This was of particular concern to the victim, as his wife was often home alone due to (his) work commitments,” police said.
Police alleged Hemmings asked the victim about the size of his genitals and spoke of his eagerness to have sex with him.

"The victim stated he had received over 300 phone calls from the accused during 2016.”
Police said several calls were made during the middle of the night, which took a great toll on the victim, resulting in loss of sleep and relationship stress.
In May 2017, the victim reported the calls to police. Hemmings was arrested in July and declined a police interview.
Police documents showed Hemmings had a string of aliases, which included: Dene Broadbelt, Harrison O'Connor and Harrison Eyles.
He is due to be sentenced on Monday, December 18.
