Music lovers from the region will be thrilled when singer Louise Page takes to the stage with pianist Phillipa Candy for a ‘Sentimental Journey’ through some of music’s loveliest songs.
Their program will include delights such as Marietta’s Lied, Roses of Picardy, Summertime, Deep River, Morgen and many more favourites.
Louise Page is one of Australia’s most highly-regarded and versatile singers, performing throughout Australia and Europe.
Phillipa Candy is a highly-respected musician in her work as an accompanist, conductor, pianist, teacher, repetiteur and vocal coach.
Their program will include delights such as Marietta’s Lied, Roses of Picardy, Summertime, Deep River, Morgen and many more favourites.
The artistic partnership between Page and Candy has produced many CDs and led to a recent project with members of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra in recording works by Horace Keats.
