
A Batemans Bay man charged after being a passenger in a high-speed car chase and crash in the Shoalhaven has been sentenced.
Treidon Nicholas Bradbury, 19, appeared in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, July 10, after failing to appear in Nowra Local Court last week and being arrested on Tuesday, July 4.
Bradbury was sentenced to 150 hours community service for being carried in a conveyance without the consent of the owner and intentionally throwing an object at a vehicle.
He was also sentenced on separate matters involving entering a boat without the consent of the owner, destroying or damaging property and larceny.
Magistrate Doug Dick handed him a $200 fine and issued further community service orders, to be served concurrently.
