Yumaro Industries was named the best business in the shire, winning the Excellence in Business award and Excellence in Accessibility, at the 2016 Eurobodalla Business Awards.
The Eurobodalla’s five chambers of commerce, with the Eurobodalla Shire Council, are calling for nominations for the 2017 Business Awards.
To assist businesses with their applications for the awards, the council is hosting free workshops:
- Narooma - Midtown Arcade, 5.30pm, May 31.
- Batemans Bay - South Tribe, 1/10 Kylie Crescent, 5.30pm, June 1.
- Moruya - TAFE, 5.30pm, June 6.
This year’s awards program includes ten categories; business leader, young entrepreneur, sustainability, accessibility, export, innovation, start up, local chamber of commerce, small business, and business.
Organisers expect to host 400 people at the gala dinner to announce the winners, at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club, on Saturday, August 12.
