Riders from the Batemans Bay BMX Club came in leaps and bounds during last weekend’s racing at Bathurst.
The club was represented by 15 riders on Sunday, who all managed to hold their own on a track which included a five-metre start hill.
Media manager Anna Pinder said riders faced the challenge head on.
“They did an amazing job,” she said. “Many hadn't seen a start hill like that before, but all were confident and mastered it quickly.
“Congratulations to all the riders on fantastic results we are so proud of all of you.”
