Batemans Bay parkrunners took advantage of cooler conditions on Saturday morning to record a string of personal bests.
Blanket cloud meant temperatures were lower than usual for the latest run.
It was clearly good running weather, with almost 40% of the field (23 runners in total) setting new personal best times.
Among to those to achieve new heights were Anthony Miles who set his 10th PB in his 24 run history, running a time of 21:34.
Megan Costello ducked under 26 minutes for the first time (25:58) to the delight of the assembled family members and Jill Brown shaved an impressive 33 seconds off her previous best finishing in 28:27.
Megan Usher (35:28) and Tracy Denning (32:32) demonstrated how regular attendance can reap rewards, as both ladies have now slashed eight minutes off their maiden parkrun times.
Finally, Tracy Galvin having made headlines last week for achieving a PB, backed up that performance by setting her new target of 29:21.
Walkers and runners can register at www.parkrun.com.au where they can receive and print their unique barcode.
Participants gather at 7:50am for the run briefing on Saturdays at Rotary Park near the Marina.
