The happy couple tied the knot before celebrant Judy Filmer-Smith and 120 delighted guests.
Jessica, the daughter of Sandra and Peter Briggs of Moruya, wore a modern bohemian-style French lace and silk chiffon gown by dressmaker Gail Cooke of Sydney.
Cut to a flawless silhouette, the gown featured appliquéd hand-cut lace motifs on the bodice, a layered skirt of lace and floor-length silk chiffon panels, a lace underlay and lining to mid-thigh, a lace-up back and clip-on train.
Jessica’s best friends were in attendance on her big day.
Amanda Gibbs, as maid of honour, and bridesmaids Ashleigh Crosby and Cynthia Dodd wore dusty pink floor-length strapless dresses from Enchante in Canberra.
Their hair was by Kristie Williams of Snip It Lovely, and their makeup by Kate Porich of Indulge Beauty.
For Jessica’s bouquet and the bridesmaids’ posies, Flowers, Parties, Gifts in Moruya used white lilies and roses.
Russell, the son of Helen Manners of Sydney and Frank Tong of Taihape, New Zealand, was attended by his best friend Eden Lamont and his brothers Michael Tong, Travis Manners and Clayton Manners.
They wore smart two-piece navy suits by Roger David with sky-blue shirts and skinny ties for the groomsmen and a bowtie for the groom.
A stunning three-tier chocolate mud cake with hazelnut cream and vanilla butter cream icing by Tobie Patrick was the centrepiece at the reception held at Moruya Surf Life Saving Club at Moruya South Head.
The bridal party and guests danced the night away to music by Lana Badullovich – DJ La La.
The photographs were by Connie Lamanna of Quirky Windmill.
