The community theatre group will launch its highly-anticipated play, Babes in the Wood, by playwright Tony Nicholls, at Moruya Primary School next week.
A fun play for the whole family, Babes in the Wood is a hilarious, slapstick-filled spoof of the children's classic, Hansel and Gretel.
The pantomime will feature a Baron who wants to get rich, a witch and her cat who want to make gold, and all the other characters who will either help them or hinder them towards a happy ending (perhaps).
The show will open on Friday, April 28 at 7pm, with a Saturday matinee performance on April 29 at 2pm.
Tickets available online at www.southcoasttickets.com.au/events or at Moruya Books, Bayside Therapies Batemans Bay or at the door. Children under 5 years free.
