Focusing on issues from body image to mental health, sex and relationships, weight and healthy living, the survey gives Australian women a chance to fill in the missing pieces of the nation’s health puzzle. 

Now in its third year, the survey will shine a light on women’s health information needs, with the results developed into materials for health professionals, the government and women.

To complete the survey, respondents should visit bit.ly/jeanhailessurvey. Surveys should take about 10 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous.

Survey respondents can enter the draw to win two six-month gym memberships. A winner will be drawn from each state/territory.
