Bollard scored four tries in the 68-17 win to stamp his authority on the match.
A converted try was all that separated the sides at half time, with the defending premiers holding a 19-12 advantage at the break.
It took two Boars yellow cards within a minute of one another for the floodgates to open, with Bungendore romping to a 51-point win.
The result leaves Batemans Bay in fifth spot on the South Coast Monaro competition with nine points from four rounds.
The side will travel to Braidwood this Saturday to take on the ladder leading Boorowa Goldies.
