Stephen Brian Ecclestone of Golf Links Drive, Batemans Bay, was on of the men to appear before Magistrate Doug Dick on Monday, July 25.
The Department of Public Prosecutions solicitor withdrew two charges but added a fresh charge.
The 52-year-old, who is has been in custody since his arrest in May, is charged with two counts of taking part in supplying a prohibited drug in a small quantity, two counts of taking part in supplying a prohibited drug in an indictable quantity and one count of possessing a prohibited drug.
A fresh charge of participating in a criminal group was added.
Charges of having goods suspected of being stolen and dealing with the proceeds of crime were dropped.
His solicitor said the police facts were not yet agreed on but would be before Eccleston’s next court appearance, which will be in Bega Local Court on August 8. He will be sentenced on this date.
William Arthur Holmes of John Street, Moruya appeared in court via AVL from Long Bay Prison.
The 31-year-old is charged with one count of supplying a prohibited drug in a small quantity, two counts of supplying a prohibited drug in an indictable quantity and one count of supplying a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.
He has pleaded guilty to supplying a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.
He will be sentenced in Bega District Court on August 8.
