Batemans Bay Toastmasters held their changeover of executive members on June 21 and were able to celebrate the achievements of the club in the last 12 months. The club achieved Select Distinguished Status for the year and were presented with the award by the Area Director Amanda Annabel.

Outgoing president Marie Cook said: “We can all be very proud of the achievement and this was the first time we have achieved so high since our Charter in 2004”.
Incoming President Noal Annabel said he hoped to see the club improve the results over the next year.
As the host club for the 2016 Semi-Annual Conference in November, all members will be working hard to achieve their own and the club’s goals.
This will be the first time a conference has been held in Batemans Bay and the club is pitching for toastmasters to come and have a holiday around the time of the conference.
