A warrant has been issued for Harley Ziegler’s, of Moruya, arrest after he failed to appear in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, May 23 on a range of driving-related charges. Ziegler is charged with two counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving an unregistered motor vehicle, two counts of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, two counts of using a vehicle on a road or related area when motor vehicle tax had not been paid and one count of contravening a restriction in an AVO.
