He will then speak with local oyster farmers before finishing off his visit with a meet and greet at 5pm at the Batemans Bay Soliders Club.
It is understood Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull will not be joining Mr Baird and Bega MP Andrew Constance in the Eurobodalla.
10.15am: Another high-profile politician will visit the Eurobodalla on May 23.
NSW Premier Mike Baird will visit the area with Bega MP Andrew Constance. It is unclear where they will stop or what announcements, if any, they will make.
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull joined Mr Baird and Mr Constance in Merimbula on Monday morning. The Bay Post/Moruya Examiner is trying to confirm if Mr Turnbull will also join them in the Eurobodalla.
This follows a visit from Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop in April.
