The Tigers have achieved a sound financial position since moving to Group 16, but a lack of general committee members has put a strain on those carrying the workload this season.
“Basically, what the club needs is more helpers on the general committee for home games,” McAlister said.
“We need two or three other people to be ground manager, interchange and other positions like that. I’m just appealing to Batemans Bay rugby league people, that enjoy following their Tigers, to come along and give us a hand.”
McAlister urged any person interested to either phone him on 0487 195 857 or attend the club’s committee meeting at Mackay Park from 5.30pm on Thursday.
The club also invites players from under 18s to grade to join if available.
