The entertainment group Larks After D’Arc will hold its first musical and singalong afternoon at the Diggers Rest Tavern at the Original Gold Rush Colony Mogo on Sunday, February 14.
It will kick-off at 4pm and admission is free.
The headline act will be the “sacred cow” acoustic duo, which is Sarah Cowan and Jeremy Kemp.
Sarah is a singer/songwriter and guitarist, while Jeremy sings and accompanies on funky bass and viola Brasilliera. Their repertoire is earthy, rootsy and real.
Robert Wombey will return with his usual array of Australian Irish and Scottish folk songs.
Joe Quigley will give a short presentation on the melodrama he is writing for production later in the year provisionally titled ‘Caulfield Cup Capers’. It is set in 1925 in a bush retreat outside Melbourne.
