Former Australian star Shaun Timmins, new Dragons recruit Hame Sele and NRL game development officer Tim Del Guzzo delivered a presentation around mental wellness, a sense of belonging, hydration and sleep.
Sele and Timmins spoke about the importance of sleep and how it affects their concentration and ability to do any task, not just elite football.
The year 3 to 6 students mixed trivia games with learning as some went to the front of the room to answer questions.
Student Molly-May Reynolds said it was fun and she learned plenty.
“(We have to) sleep the right amount of time and drink lots of water before activities,” she said.
