Batemans Bay Rugby Union will conduct a five-week "Twilight Junior Rugby" competition from Friday, October 30 at Hanging Rock Oval, Batemans Bay.

The competition will run over five weeks and will cater for teams in Under 9's, U/11's, U/13's and U/15's.
A similar format of summer Friday evening Junior Twilight Rugby was run successfully up until eight years ago with teams competing from Braidwoood, Milton, Batemans Bay, Broulee, Narooma and Cobargo. Initial response indicates that these clubs will again be entering teams in all age groups.
Junior Twilight Rugby Union is used as an introduction to the game with full contact for all age groups. Coaching is provided to all teams with referees in particular taking the time to explain any reasons for infringements or penalties.
The total cost to each player will only be $10 for the entire 5 week period.
