OPENING UP: Service NSW Batemans Bay’s Henry Parsons and Laura Da Silva with Bega MP Andrew Constance.

Batemans Bay’s new Service NSW centre will open at 8.30am on Friday at Sam's Arcade, Shop 1, corner of Orient and Camp Streets, and will be open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Bega MP Andrew Constance said that Eurobodalla residents would be “blown away” by Batemans Bay’s new Service NSW centre.

“It is a huge thing for Batemans Bay,” he said.

“We welcome the new Service NSW Batemans Bay team, who will provide customers with multiple transactions and more choice when transacting with government, at the one location.”

The staff have nicknamed the centre “service paradise.”

“The centre offers customers access to more than 800 NSW government transactions including drivers licences, vehicle registrations, seniors card applications, owner builder permits, housing payments and more,” Mr Constance said.

Caitlin Colliver, formerly of the RMS, has been appointed manager.

“Caitlin is enthusiastic about customer service, bringing six years’ experience with Roads and Maritime Services, and for the last two years has been part of the Service NSW team, previously managing stores,” Mr Constance said.
