The Batemans Bay pair has a heartfelt reason to lose the locks.
“A friend of mine in Moruya is undergoing cancer treatment, so if she has to lose her hair, then we will lose ours,” Mrs Collins said.
She and Jacob, a year 7 Carroll College student, will lose their locks at La Dusk Hair and Beauty, Orient Street, in Annettes Arcade, Batemans Bay on September 18.
All funds raised will go to the Moruya Oncology Unit.
“Go on the Go Get Funding website and find Katrina and Jacob’s Head Shave to support us,” Mrs Collins said.
