The top of the table Dolphins team have not lost a game at Captain Oldrey Park in two seasons.
The scoring opened early for the Dolphins as Josh Cairney broke through the defence from the kick-off and sprinted the 60 metres to the try line.
It was quickly followed by Sam Reedy scoring with a run down the sideline.
Billy Jones and Cooper Brady both scored twice in the first half and the Dolphins took a 40-point lead into half-time.
Grammar came out with renewed passion after half-time; however, they did not have the defensive strength to hold out the Dolphins.
The tries continued to flow with Bassie Hughes scoring followed by Declan Cursio, Michael Griffiths and Lachlan Bundy, who all scored two tries each.
The Dolphins tries were set up and supported by the tireless efforts of Rhys Flood, Archie Hadley, Riley Dell, Matty Johnston and Bernie Lyons.
The ever-reliable Sam Heffernan kicked seven conversions with Bundy and Tom O’Donnell making a cameo with one each.
The Canberra Grammar team travelled to Broulee struggling for numbers due to injuries.
Broulee Dolphins under 12s coach Jon Brady said he was pleased with the sportsmanship shown by his young team.
“In the true spirit of rugby, each Dolphins player took it in turn to make up numbers for Grammar,” Brady said.
“It can be a tough ask to play against your team mates and it was fantastic to see our boys play with passion and pride, regardless of which team they were on.
“Although the score line was one-sided, it was a thoroughly enjoyable game of rugby.”
