Thieves entered a home on Dell Parade, South Head, through the front door and stole car keys, a wallet and a mobile phone.
Far South Coast police located the wallet nearby, with a camera, computer hard drive and compass.
Police said a Nissan parked in the driveway of a Haslington Street home was ransacked on Sunday evening.
Keys, sunglasses and cash to the value of $420 were stolen.
Sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, a Nissan parked in Renee Crescent, Moruya Heads was opened and searched.
The owner of the vehicle discovered the light on in the vehicle and the door open on Monday morning.
Police are investigating all incidents.
Police have reminded the public to keep their homes locked, ensure all property and vehicles were secured at all times and not to leave valuables in unattended vehicles.
