A WOMAN facing five drugs charges has reappeared by audio visual link before Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, July 6.

Rachael Jane Hockey, 39, of Sunshine Bay, was charged with supplying a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis, two counts of supplying a prohibited drug, supplying a prohibited drug in an indictable quantity (not cannabis), and participating in a criminal group contributing to criminal activity when she appeared before the court on July 3.
Her request for bail was refused on that day and she was remanded to South Coast Correctional Centre.
She reappeared by audio visual link on Monday, July 6.
Magistrate Doug Dick adjourned the matter to August 10 to set a trial date for Bega District Court.
