The 29-year-old appeared before Batemans Bay Local Court for breaching a community service order imposed on June 2, 2014, after an application to revoke the order on April 13 this year.
On June 2 last year, Freshwater was found guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm on August 28, 2013.
She punched an elderly female pizza delivery driver in the face after she had told her she didn’t have any money.
She was sentenced to serve a 125-hour community service work order.
Also on June 2, 2014, Fresh-water was charged with mid-range drink driving on June 26, 2013. She was fined $600, disqualified from driving for 12 months and placed on a 75-hour community service order.
After a failure to complete the outstanding 28.5 hours of her community service order, a request was made that she not be allowed to return.
On June 25, magistrate Doug Dick revoked the order and sentenced her to three months’ jail.
She was also sentenced to 12 months’ jail for an assault causing actual bodily harm, and to six month’s jail for common assault, both committed on May 22 at Surfside.
Freshwater’s appeal against the severity of her sentences will be heard at Nowra District Court on July 20.
